NOFNEC 2023

The 2023 Northern Ontario First Nations Environment Conference returned as an in-person event on September 26 & 27, 2023 at the Valhalla Inn, Thunder Bay, ON!

NOFNEC became the go-to event for professionals interested in finding the balance between economic and resource development, as well as, protecting First Nation communities, peoples, lands and lifestyles. This year our theme was "Adapting to Change and Moving Forward" - we built on past successes and learnt how we can adapt to changes in our environment to move forward in protecting Mother Earth.

We shared engaging content, demonstrations and an afternoon tradeshow dedicated to creating a better future for our environment and for First Nation communities.
